ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF RIVER BEND ESTATES, SECTION 10 A SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JF'R.RSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Ralph H. Popp, Irma L. Popp, V Sommerer,
Lorraine M. Sommerer, Richard S . Groner and Joann C. Groner,
owners of the real estate hereinafter described, and situated in
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council
for approval a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferso
City, Cole County, Missouri, and -more particularly described as
follows :
From the S.W. corner of the fractional N E.'k of Sec. 16,
T44,Rll, thence N84 E 622.95 ' , thence NO 06 ' E 620.89' ,
thence N6 52 'E 864.00 ' , thence S77 55 'E 318.65 ' to a
point on the East line of a tract of land sold by
Gundelfinger and Wagner to H. C. Munger, said point also
being on the North line of a 50 ' road ang the point of
beginning of this description; thence N4 21 'W 292. 79' to
a point on the Southerly R/W line of the Mo. Pac . R.R. ,
thence along said R.R.R/W S75049 'E 99.69' , thence
' S4021 'E 293. 74 ' to a point on the Northerly R/W of .
aforesaid 60 ' road, thence along R/W of said road
S75018 'E 100' , therice N14042 'E 279.42 ' to a point on
the Southerly R/W line of the Mo. Pac . R.R. , thence
along said R.R.R/W S75049'E 400.00 ' , thence S14o42 'W
288.19' to a point on the Northerly R/W of aforesaid
60 ' road, said point also lyi.n� on a curve which has a
radius of 293.37' and is 54. 72 Easterly from the tan ent
of the curve, said tangent having a bearing of S75018 E;
thence alone said R/W Southeasterly on a curve to the
right which has a radius of 293 ,37 ' a distance of 138.57'
to a point which is on the R/W of the permanent road and
also being on a temporary cul-de-sac, said point being
NO041'1?, 50 ' from the center of aforesaid temporary
cul-de-sac, thence along the perimeter of the temporary
cul-de-sac on a curve to the right which has a radius
of 50' a distance of 249.9' to a point on the Southerly
R/W line of the aforesaid 60 ' road, said point being
N52027 'E 233.37 ' from the radius point of a curve having
a radius of 233.37' , thence along said curve, a distance
of 153. 76 , thence S14042 'W 230.42 ' , thenceN73048'30 'W
449.27 ' , thence N40211W 295. 17 ' to the point of
beginning.
Section 2 . It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as River Bend Estates, Section 1, that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments
thereto entitled "Plats" have been full complied with b the

aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with, NOW THEREFORE:
The plat of land of Ralph H. Popp, Irma L. Popp,
W. E. Sommerer, Lorraine M. Sommerer, Richard S . Groner and Joann
C. Groner, known and referred to as River Bend Estates, Section 1,
lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the
Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, after the passage and approval of this ordinance, are
given authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of
said plat thereon, and to certify to the approval of same under the
seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall_ take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
