AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF SOUTH SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Orville E. Stieferman and Wilda L. Stieferman,
owners of the real estate hereinafter described, and situated in
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council
for approval a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows:
From the southwest corner of said northwest quarter of
the northwest quarter; thence N32028'E, along the
quarter quarter section line, 596.64 feet to the point
of beginning of this description; thence continuing
N82028 ED 589.65 feet to the southerly line of South
Ten Mile Drive; thence N34147'W, along said southerly
line 79.66 feet; thence N53017'W, along the southerly
line of South Ten Mile Drive a distance of 332. 63
feet; thence N64043 'W, continuing along said southerly
line 109.86 feet; thence S 24001 W, leaving the
southerly 'line of South Ten Mile Drive, a distance of
425.40 feet to the point of beginning. Bearings are
magnetic .
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as South Subdivision, that all taxes have
been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter
445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments thereto,
entitled "Plats", have been fully complied with by the aforesaid
owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the require-
ments of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions, have been
complied with, NOW THEREFORE:

The plat of land of Orville E. Stieferman and Wilda L.
Stieferman, known and referred to as South Subdivision, lying,
being and situate within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and
made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by
the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor
of said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri
after the passage and approval of this ordinance, are given
authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said
plat thereon, and to certify to the approval of same under the
seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
