AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF SHARON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Paul Bernskoetter. and Betty Bernskoetter, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described, and situated in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for
approval a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows :
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Outlot No. 111;
thence N55035'W, along the southerly line of said Outlot
No. 111, 300.0 feet to the southerly line of Bald Hill
Road; thence 1371058'E, along the southerly line of Bald
Hill Road, 111.0 feet; thence continuing along the
southerly line of Bald Hill Road on the followin� courses
and distances : S76049'E2 270.0 feet; thence S66 00'E,
100.0 feet; thence S50055 'E, 106.0 feet; thence S41041'E,
100.0 feet; thence S35044 E, 100.0 feet; thence S33053 E,
150.0 feet; thence leaving said Bald Hill Road, S55031 W,
342.55 feet; thence N23035'W, 554.89 feet to the point of
beginning. Bearings are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Sharon Heights Subdivision, that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements
of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments
thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied with by the
aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions, have
been complied with, NOW THEREFORE:
The plat of land of Paul Bernskoetter and Betty
Bernskoetter, known and referred to as Sharon Heights Subdivision,
lying being and situate within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and
made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by
the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor
of said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
Ah
after the passage and approval of this ordinance, are given
authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said
plat thereon, and to certify to the approval of same under the
seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
