AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LINHARDT and KIESLING SUBDIVISION, SECTION
THREE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1, Albert L. Linhardt, Roy E. Kiesling, William J.
Linhardt and Margaret J. Linhardt, husband and wife, Bonnie
Linhardt, wife of Albert L. Linhardt, Ola H. J. DePorter, a single
person, David R. Goller and Dorothy Goller, husband and wife, and
Robert Hilbun and Laura Hilbun, husband and wife, Dora M. Kiesling,
a single person, Erma Kiesling, a single person, and Bernice
Schmitz and Richard Schmitz, husband and wife, owners of the real
estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, having submitted to the Council for approval a plat of
said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows :

Part of the West 1/2, S .E. 'k, Section 11, T44N, R12W, more i
particularly described as follows : �
Starting at the S .E.Corner Sec . 11, T44N, R12W;
thence N40007W along the E. line of said section 861. 18' ;
thence S64040 'W, 220. 52 ' ; thence N2.2o26'W, 30.04' to a
i point- on the northerly R/W Line of Tower Drive and the
point of beginning of this description; thence S64040 'W
along the northerly R/W of Tower Drive 540.08' ; thence
N25020'W, 149. 81 ' ; thence S64040'W, 20. 83' • thence
N25o20'W, 359. 62 ' ; thence N64040 'E, 376. 641 ; thence
N22o26 'W, 50,0 ' ; thence N64040 'E, 210.08 ' to a point on
the Easterly R/W of Primrose Lane; thence S22026 'E along
the said easterly R/W 560.08 ' to the point of beginning.
Containing 6. 6 acres more or less .
Section 2. it appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Linhardt and Kiesling Subdivision, Sectio
Three, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949,
and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivision
have been complied with, NOW THEREFORE:

The plat of land of Albert L. Linhardt, Roy E. Kiesling,
William J. Linhardt and Margaret J. Linhardt, husband and wife,
Bonnie Linhardt, wife of Albert L. Linhardt, Ola H. J. DePorter, a
single person, David R. Gol.ler and Dorothy Goller, husband and
wife, and Robert Hilbun and Laura Hilbun, husband and wife, Dora
M. Kiesling, a single person, Erma Kiesling, a single person, and
Bernice Schmitz and Richard Schmitz, husband and wife,' known and
referred to as Linhardt and Kiesling Subdivision, Section Three,
lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the
Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, after the passage and approval of this ordinance, are
given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance
of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of same under
the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
