IAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE
�NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND 'TRAFFIC CODE, BY ELIMINATING ONE-WAY
TRAFFIC ON MICHIGAN STREET; IMPOSING WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS ON
SCHELLRIDGE ROA ELIMINATIN SCHOOL ZONE AT FAITH LUTHERAN SCHOOL;
AND IMPOSING TWO'-HOUR PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON LAFAYETTE STREET,
(EXTENDING 100 FEET SOUTH OF HIGH STREET.
(BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
(MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Amend Section 6.240, Paragraph (B) , by eliminating
(•(410) which allowed only one-way traffic on Michigan Street between
Missouri Boulevard and Louisiana Street.
ISection : Amend Section 7.210, Weight restrictions, by adding
a new Sub-section, to be known as "4. " , and to read as follows:
4. Having a gross weight, when loaded, in excess
of 24,000 pounds , shall not operate the same
I on Schellridge Road.
ISection � --: Amend Section 8.010, School zones, location, by
eliminating Paragraph (30) Faith Lutheran School, located at Dix
Road and Industrial Drive.
Section Amend Section 10. 150, Two hour parking, Section (A)
fby adding a new paragraph, to be known as (121) and to read as
Ifollows :
(121) On the east and west sides of Lafayette
Street, extending 100 feet south of the
south curb of East High Street.

Section a. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from
land after the date of its passage and approval.
