AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE 8306 CLASSIFYING EMPLOYEES AND ESTABLISHING THEIR
SALARIES BY DELETING THE CLASSIFICATION OF POYiICE CLERK AND
METER MAID AND ADDING THE CLASSIFICATION OF POLICEWOMAN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
`. Section 1. Amend Ordinance 8306 , Section 4 under
Police 'Department, by deleting in its entirety the classification
of Police Clerk and Meter Maid and the salaries relative thereto.
Section• 2, Amend Ordinance 8306 , Section 4 under
Police Department, by adding the word Policewoman to the
categories of Patrolman and Policeman and Probationary Patrolman
and Policeman.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
f full force from and- after the date of its passage and approval.
