ORDINANCE NO. X q 3
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY ESTABLISHING
ROUTE 54 AS A THROUGH ROADWAY AND IMPOSING A SPEED LIMIT ON
ROUTE 54 FROM THE NORTH CITY LIMITS SOUTH TO THE CEDAR CITY CITY
LIMIT AND ON ROUTE 94 FROM THE EAST CITY LIMIT TO THE JUNCTION
OF ROUTE 54 .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 6. 150, subsection (2) by adding
a new paragraph No. 29 to read as follows :
"29. Route 54. "
Section 2. Amend Section 6 .010 , subsection (2) paragraph
(B) by adding a new paragraph (e) to read as follows:
" (e) On Route 54 from the north city limit
south to the Cedar City city limit. "
Section 3. Amend Section 6 . 010 , subsection (2) paragraph
(B) by adding a new paragraph (f) to read as follows :
" (f) On Route 94 from the east city limit to the
junction of Route 54. "
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
