AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE 5880, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY DELETING CERTAIN
REFERENCES TO STRUCTURAL SIGNS OR BULLETIN BOARDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance 7121 of the City of Jefferson
is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Paragraph 23 of Section 1002 of Article X
of Ordinance Number 5880 is hereby repealed, and the following
new provision is enacted:
"23. Accessory buildings and uses customarily
incident to the above uses, including parking
lots. "
Section 3. Paragraph 2 of Section 1102 of Article XI of
Ordinance 5880 is hereby repealed.
Section 4. Paragraph 16 of Ordinance 5880 of Section 1202
of Article XII is hereby repealed, and the following new
provision, is, hereby enacted:
"16. Accessory buildings and uses customarily
incident to the above uses, including parking
lots. "
Section 5. Section 1302-A of Article XIII of Ordinance 5880
is hereby repealed and the following new provision is hereby
enacted:
"Additional Use Regulations. Accessory
buildings and uses customarily incident to
uses not prohibited by Section 1302,
including parking lots. "
Section 6 . Section 1402 of Article XIII of Ordinance 5880
is hereby repealed and the following new provision is hereby
enacted:
"Use Regulations. The use regulations are
the same as those in the H Business District. "

Section 7. Section 1601 of Article XVI of Ordinance 5880
is hereby repealed and the following new provision is hereby
enacted:
"Section 1601. The lawful use of land
(containing no buildings) for storage
purposes which does not conform to the
provisions of this ordinance shall be
discontinued within two (2) years of
the effective date of approval of this
ordinance. "
Section 8. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
