ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177 , THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY CHANGING
THE HOURS OF THE SCHOOL BUS ZONE ON MILLER STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Amend Section 10.220, subsection (10) by
changing the first paragraph thereof to read as follows :
" (10) Freshman High School. On the South half
4 of Miller Street
between Madison and
Monroe Streets
between 7:30
and 8 :30 A.M. and between 2 :30 to 4 :00 P.M. ,
on any day the school is attended by
children; also"
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
