AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON A PORTION OF THE NORTH SIDE OF ELM STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 10.100, paragraph A by adding
a new paragraph (291) to read as follows :
11 (291) On the north side of Elm Street
extending 90 feet west of the west
curb of Clark Avenue. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
