AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON A PORTION OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF DUNKLIN STREET AND
IMPOSING A ONE-HOUR PARKING RESTRICTION ON A PORTION OF DUNKLIN
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI,,. AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 10 . 100 , subsection A by adding
a new paragraph to read as follows:
" (239) On the south side of Dunklin Street170
feet west of the west curb line of
Jackson Street. "
Section 2. Amend Section 10 .110 by adding a new Section 4
to read as follows :
"4. Between the hours of 7 :30 A.M. and 5 :30 P.M. :
(10) On the south side of Dunklin Street
from the east curb of Adams Street
to 70 feet west of the west curb
line of Jackson Street. "
ISection 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
