ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY ELIMINATING
NO PARKING ON A PORTION OF THE EAST SIDE OF THE 1100 BLOCK OF OAK
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Repeal Section 10. 100, Sub-section A, Paragraph
(744) , and enact two (2) new Paragraphs to be known as (744) and
(744-1) , and to read as follows :
"(744) On the west side of the 1100 block of
Oak Street.
"(744-1) On the east side of the 1100 block of
Oak Street, between points 1432 feet
north of the north curb line of Union
Street and 2562 feet north of the north
curb line of Union Street; and from the
south curb line of Woodlawn Street to a
point 121 feet south of the south -,urb
line of Woodlawn Street. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
