ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO . 81772 THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON A PORTION OF CHESTNUT STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and Traffic
Code, Section 10.100, Sub-section A, by adding a new Paragraph, to
be known as (176) and to read as follows:
"(176) On the east side of Chestnut Street from
Fairmount Boulevard to Leslie Boulevard,
and on the west side of Chestnut Street
from Fairmount Boulevard to the south
line of Outlot 83; also on the west side
of Chestnut Street from Leslie Boulevard
extending north 200 feet. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
