AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANC
NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROVIDING PARKING METER
ON A PORTION OF WEST McCARTY STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and
Traffic Code, Section 10. 130, Parking Meter Zone "D", by adding
a new paragraph to be known as (d) and to read as follows :
"(d) The north side of McCarty Street between
Jefferson Street and Washington Street."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect.
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
