ORDINANCE NO. 4 y
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY DELETING ANGLE PARKING
ON WASHINGTON STREET AND PROVIDING PARKING METERS ON A PORTION
THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 10.010, Parallel parking,
exceptions, Subsection (A) by deleting paragraph (40) , and
Subsection (G) by deleting paragraph (20) .
Section 2. Amend Section 10. 130, Parking Meter Zone "C"

by adding a new paragraph to be known as (b) and to read as
follows:
"(b) The west side of Washington Street
between High Street and Wall Street."
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
