AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

GENERAL LOCATION North side of Ellis Boulevard
between Tanner Bridge Road an
Highway 54 South.
ZONING CHANGE FROM "A-1" to "D" Multiple Dwelling
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
Ak rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "A-1" Single Family Dwelling to "D" Multiple Dwelling
and the following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
Part of the northwest quarter of the northeast
quarter of Section 24, Township 44, Range 12, in the
County of Cole, Missouri, more particularly described
as follows:
From the northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 24; thence
S86014' 14"W, along the Section Line, 351. 78 feet to the
point of be�inning for this description; thence contin-
uing S86014 14"W, along the Section Line, 772.84 feet;
thence S3014'E, 318. 27 feet; thence N88008'E, 450.0
feet; thence S3050'37"E, 679. 62 feet to the north 'line
of Ellis Blvd. ; thence southeasterly along the north
line of said Ellis Blvd. on the following courses and
distances ; S62009105"E 100.0 feet; thence S70036 '35"E
100.0 feet; thence S72636105"E, 100.0 feet; thence
S75033'35"E, 52. 70 feet; thence leaving said Ellis
Blvd. , N3033125 11W, 11157.08 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing in all, 11.46 acres , more or less.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
