ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERRSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 58800 BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD 4th
GENERAL LOCATION
ZONING CHANGE FROM"A-1" TO "F" Highway Commercial
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "A-1" to "F" Highway Commercial, and the following
described property is and it is hereby rezoned accordingly:
A tract of land being part of the southwest quarter of
Section twenty-four (24) , Township forty-four (44) north,
Range twelve (12) west of the 5th Principal Meridian,
being more fully described as follows , to-wit:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the southwest
quarter of Section 24, thence west a distance of 929.30
feet more or less , thence north 222.00 feet more or less
to the intersection of the pole line of the Missouri
Power and Light Company with a fence line, this being
the point of beginning, thence with said pole line
N 84128'W a distance of 290.00 feet, thence N5032'E a
distance of 150.26 feet to a point in the fence line,
thence S84028'E a distance of 290.00 Beet, thence
S5032'W a distance of 150.26 feet to the point of
beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
