AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, GRANTING A
SPECIAL PERMIT TO PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY DT"TRICT NO. TWO OF COLE
COUNTY, MISSOURI, TO CONSTRUCT A TOWER.
WHEREAS, the request of Public Wa. . . Supply District No. Two
of Cole County, Missouri, has been received, considered, and
hearing held on the request, after giving public notice in
accordance with Ordinance No. 5880.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1'. That Public Water Supply District No.. Two of
Cole County, Missouri, is hereby granted a Special Permit for, the
construction of a tower which may extend to a height of 170 feet,
to be located on the Joseph and Bertha Hamman property in
Section 24, Township 44, Range 12, in Jefferson City, Missouri.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
