ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD 1st
GENERAL LOCATION East McCarty Street
ZONING CHANGE FROM "A-1" to "E" Local Commercial
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "A-1" to "E" Local Commercial, and the following
described property is and it is hereby rezoned accordingly:
Lots Nos . 59, 60, 61 and 62, of Mount Hope Heights ,
a subdivision of part of Private Survey No. 2701 in
the County of Cole Missouri, per plat of record in
Plat Book 4, Page 40, Cole County Recorder's Office.
ALSO: The southeasterly part of Reserved Tract
No. 1, and the southwesterly part of Reserved Tract
No. 2, of Mount Hope Heights , a subdivision of part
of Private Survey No. 2701, in the County of Cole,
Missouri, per plat of record in Plat Book 4, page 40,
Cole County Recorder's Office, more particularly
described as follows :
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said
Reserved Tract No. 1; thence North 67 degrees 50
minutes west, along the southerly line of said Reserved
Tract No. 1, and the northerly line of part of Lot No.
61 and all of Lot No. 62, 100 feet; thence North 22
degrees 10 minutes east, 102.5 feet; thence South 67
degrees 50 minutes east, 100 feet, to a point on the
easterly line of Reserved Tract No. 1, and the
westerly line of Reserved Tract No. 2, which is 102. 5
feet northerly from the southwesterly corner of said
Reserved Tract No. 2; thence North 21. degrees 10
minutes east, along the said easterly line of Reserved
Tract No. 1, 30 feet; thence southeasterly in a direct
line, and along the northerly line of the tract
conveyed to Donald A. Huhman and wife, by deed of
record in Book 182, page 296, Cole County Recorder's
Office, to a point in the northerly extension of the
westerly line of Lot No. 58 of said Mount Hope
Heights ; thence southerly along the said extension
of the westerly line of Lot No 58, to the northwest-
erly corner of said Lot No. 58.

to the point of beginning.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
