ORDINANCE NO. S'13�,
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OFJEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 58809 BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD 4th
GENERAL LOCATION Southwest and Thompson
ZONING CHANGE FROM "D" to "E"
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
Am WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "D" Multiple Dwelling to "E" Local Commercial, and
the following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
Part of Lot No. 24 of Swifts Thompson Subdivision, in
the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows :
From the southwest corner of said Lot 24; thence
Nl 20'W, along the west line of said Lot 24, 3 27.0 feet
to the point of beginning for this description; thence
continuing Nl 20'W, along said west line, 1.61.62 feet;
thence N88 46 'E, 332.63 feet to a point on the east
line of Lot 24; thence Sl 20 'E, along said east ling,
161. 37 feet; thence S88 40'W2 332.63 feet to the point
of beginning. Containing in all, 1.2 acres more or
less . Bearings are magnetic.
