July 18, 1988
Golf Course Club House ---- 7:00 P.M.
In attendance were chairman: Dan Hormaechea, members: Polly
Collins, Max Williamson and Jackie Sproat. Architect, Andy Laidlaw.
Minutes were read and corrected to read $2,900.00.
NEW BUSINESS:
Andy Laidlaw presented the new drawings for the Clubhouse. They
were well received and accepted except for a few minor changes.
The appropriate changes for a new brochure were made.
It has been suggested that the floor plan of the new drawings be
printed on the back of the explanation letter that has been composed
by Dan Harmaechea and Max Williamson. This will be passed out during
the McCall Amateur Tournament.
It was also suggested that a "Recognition" item be made for
display for the Clubhouse. This will mention the names of those who
have already donated to the Clubhouse project. Polly Collins is to
contact Jan VanNoy to take care of this.
OLD BUSINESS:
A discussion of the driving range was held and a motion by Jackie
Sproat stating that Bud Schmidt is to check with Mr. Whiteman to see
if the land for the driving range has been deeded to the City and if
the City could start construction on it and, in turn, be refunded the
expenses of construction by the developer, Mr. Whiteman. Dan
Hormaechea second the motion, and it was then passed. The committee
wishes to have this information back to them by August 8, 1988.
The repair to the Ponderosa Pine on #2 tee has been $150.00 more
expensive to the tree service than had been bid. The men's
association will be notified.
Polly Collins and Max Williamson are to take the new drawings of
the Clubhouse to the women's and men's golf association for their
respective opinions.

McCall Design 6, Planning Inc would be pleased to provide
architectural seruices for the revision of the McCall Golf Course
Clubhouse preliminary plans as follows:
Program facility requirements- Golf Course Advisory Committee
should be in a position to prouide the Architect with a program
stating the approximate size and functions of the building. Any
time required of the Architect to reuise the program will be
donated.

Revise schematic design and obtain committee approual

Prepare new design development drawings based upon
approved schematic design
$1400
Prepare a cost estimate for the completed facility
$ 800
The total cost of all seruices stated would be $2950
