AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

GENERAL LOCATION
ZONING CHANGE FROM "A-1" TO "C"
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "A-1" to "C" Multiple Dwelling, and the following
described property is and it is hereby rezoned accordingly:
Part of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter,
Section 21, Township 44 N, Range 11 W, more particularly
described as follows :
From the S.W. Cor, of the N.W.k of the N.W.k,
Sec. 21, T. 4.4 N, R.11 W, thence along Section line
