AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD Five PRECINCT One
GENERAL LOCATION Southwest corner of East Atchison
Street and Adams Street.
ZONING CHANGE FROM "C" to "D" Multiple Dwelling
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "C" to "D" Multiple Dwelling, and the following
described property is and it is hereby rezoned accordingly:
Part of Lot No. 4 of a subdivision of Outlots
Nos . 10, 112 12 and 13, in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, per plat of record in Plat Book 1,
page 6, Cole County Recorder's Office; and part of
the south one-half of Atchison Street (vacated) ;
all of which is more particularly described as
r, -,,Lows :
Beginning at a point on the westerly line
. of Adams Street, at the intersection of the center
i line of Atchison Street (vacated) ; thence south
i along the westerly line of Adams Street, 110 feet,
to a point in the easterly line of said Lot No. 4
of a subdivision of Outlots Nos, 10, 11, 12 and 13;
thence west parallel with the north line of said
Lot No. 4, 50 feet; thence north parallel with the
east lire of said Lot No. 4, 10 feet; thence west
parallel with the north line of said Lot No. 4, 58
feet 4 inches, to the west line of said Lot No. 4;
thence north along the west line of said Lot No. 4,
and the northerly extension thereof, 100 feet to
the centerline of said Atchison Street (vacated) ;
i thence easterly along the said centerline, 108
I feet 4 inches , to the point of beginning.

effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
