AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON BOTH SIDES OF ELLIS BOULEVARD BETWEEN ROSEWOOD DRIVE
AND HOUGH PARK ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and
Traffic Code, Section 10. 100, Parking Prohibited at all times
where, Subsection (A) , by adding a new paragraph to be known as
(287) and to read as follows :
"(287) On the north and south sides of
Ellis Boulevard between Rosewood
Drive and Hough Park Road."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
