AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROHIBITING
PARKING DURING CERTAIN HOURS ON PORTION OF BELAIR STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and
Traffic Code, Section 10.110, Parking prohibited at certain times ,
by adding a new Sub-section, to be known as "5.11 , which will read
as follows :
"5. Between the hours of 7:00 a.m, and 9:00 a.m.
and 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
"(10) On the east side of Belair Street
extending from KerMac Street to a
Ord.,
point 435 feet north of the north
curd of KerMac Street."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
