INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMAN
ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY INSTALLING
PARKING METERS IN THE 200 BLOCK OF ADAMS STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and
Traffic Code, Section 10. 130, Parking Meters , Sub-section (C) ,
by adding a new Paragraph to be known as (c) and to read as
follows :
"(c) The east and west sides of Adams
Street between Capitol Avenue and
High Street."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
