AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD Two PRECINCT Three
GENERAL LOCATION South side 100 block of
East Franklin Street
ZONING CHANGE FR014 "B" Two Family Dwelling
TO "D" Multiple Dwelling
WHEREAS , the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
�( all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON,. MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "B" Two Family Dwelling to "D" Multiple Dwelling, and,
the following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
Beginning at a point, said point being the
intersection of the centerlines of Madison
Street and Franklyn Street, thence westerly
along the centerline of Franklin Street to
its intersection with the centerline of
Jefferson Street; thence southerly along the
centerline of Jefferson Street to its inter-
section with the centerline of the east-west
alley between Jefferson and Madison Streets ;
thence easterly along the centerline of said
east-west alley to its intersection with the
centerline of Madison Street; thence northerly
along the centerline of Madison Street to the
point where it intersects the centerline of
Franklin Street, said point being the point of
beginning.
