AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 58802 BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD Second
GENERAL LOCATION 1201 West Miller Street
ZONING CHANGE FROM "B" TO "I"
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "B" Residential to "I" Light Industrial, and the
following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
laccordingly:
Beginning at a point being the intersection of the
northerly right of way line of West Miller Street
with the westerly right of way line of Hamlin Street;
thence northerly along the westerly right of way line
of Hamlin Street for a distance of one hundred (100)
feet; thence westerly along a line prallel with the
Am northerly right of way line of West Miller Street
until its intersection with the easterly right of way
line of Hart Street; thence southerly along the
easterly right of way line of Hart Street s distance
of one hundred (100) feet till its intersection with
the northerly right aE way line of West Miller Street;
thence easterly along the northerly right of way line
of West Miller Street to the point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
