AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 81779 THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROHIBITING
PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON A PORTION OF WEST MAIN STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , ,&S FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and Traffic
Code, Section 10.100, Sub-section (A) , Parking prohibited at all
times , by adding a new Paragraph, to be known as Paragraph (616) ,
® and to read as follows:
" (616) On the north side of West Main Street,
extending 78 feet east of the east
curb of West Circle Drive."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
