AN .ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD 4 PRECINCT
GENERAL LOCATION Southwest Blvd. and Stadium
ZONING CHANGE FROM "A" TO "'D"
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:'
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "A"

and the following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 5 of Swift
and Thompson's Subdivision of the City of Jefferson,
Mo. , thence southerly parallel with the we3t right-
of--way of Southwest Boulevard, a distance of 337.7
feet; thence westerly parallel with Lots 5 & 6, 268
feet; thence northerly parallel with the easterly
lane, 105.34 feet; thence easterly parallel. with the
southerly line, 75 feet; thence northerly parallel
with the easterly line, 82.36 feet; thence easterly
parallel with the southerly line 68 feet; thence
northerly parallel with the easterly line 150 feet;
thence easterly parallel with Lots 5 and 6, 125 feet
to the point of beginning.
