AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

GENERAL LOCATION Mulberry and Elm Streets
ZONING CHANGE FROM Multiple Dwelling
TO "E" Commercial
!f WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
lrezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from Multiple Dwelling to "E" Local Commercial, and the
! following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
( accordingly:
Beginning at a point being the intersection of the
northerly right-of-way line of Elm Street and the
westerly right-of-way line of Mulberry Street; thence
northerly along the westerly right-of-way line of
Mulberry Street till its intersection with the
southerly right-of-way line of the east-west alley
between Walnut and Mulberry Streets; thence westerly
along the southerly right-of-way line of said alley
104' 4k"; thence southerly parallel to the westerly
right-of-way line of Mulberry Street till its inter-
section with the northerly ri; it-of-way line of Elm
Street; thence easterly along the northerly right-of
way line of Elm Street to the point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and fter the date of its passage a approval
