AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FIXING THE
SALARY AND EXPENSE ACCOUNT OF THE DIREC'T'OR OF CIVIL DEFENSE,
AND REPEALING SECTION 4 (6) OF ORDINANCE NO. 8445 OF THE CITY,
RELATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Director of Civil Defense. The Director of Civil Defense
shall receive the sum of $140. 00 per month as salary and $100. 00 per month
as an expense account for the performance of his official duties.
Section 2. Repeal Clause. Section 4 (6) of Ordinance No. 8445, fixing
Vie salary of the Director of Civil Defense at nine hundred and ninety ($990. 00)
per annum be and it is hereby repealed.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval, as of June 1, 1972.
