AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING A
PORTION OF THE NO PARKING RESTRICTION ON WALNUT STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and
Traffic Code, Section 10.10,. , Parking prohibited at all times ,
where, Sub-section (A) , by deleting the present Paragraph (860)
and inserting in lieu thereof a new Paragraph, to be known as
Paragraph (860) , and to read as follows :
" (860) On the east half of Walnut Street,
extending from Main Street south to
the east-west alley."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
