N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON A PORTION OF INDUSTRIAL DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
IM ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and
Traffic Code, Section 10. 100, Parking prohibited at all times ,
where, Sub-section (A) , by adding a new Paragraph, to be known as
Paragraph (418) , and to read as follows :
"(418) On the north side of Industrial
Drive, 200 feet east and 100 feet
west of the Hart Street intersection."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
