1IAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
1�AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD Fifth
GENERAL LOCATION 1318 Rose Valley Drive
ZONING CHANGE FROM "A.T' TO "C"
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "A-1" single family to "C" multiple dwelling, and the
following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
Part of Outlots Nos . 96 and 97, in the City of
Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, more particu-
larly described as follows:
From the northwesterly corner of said Outlot No.
97; thence south 35 degrees 14 minutes west, along
�I the Outlot_ line, 195 feet, to the southerly line of
Leslie Boulevard; thence south 55 degrees 12 minutes
east, along the said southerly line, 54.51 feet, to
the intersection of said southerly line with the
h westerly line of Rosevalley Drive; thence South 31
degrees 59 minutes west, along the westerly line of
Rosevalley Drive, 415 feet, to the beginning point
of this description; thence continuing south 31
, degrees 59 minutes west, along the westerly line of
Rosevalley Drive; 67 feet; thence north 58 degrees
O1 minutes west, 150 feet; thence north 31 degrees
59 minutes east, 67 feet; thence south 58 degrees
01 minutes east, 150 feet, to the beginning point
of this description. Bearings are magnetic.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

SS AMENDMENT NUMBER I to Bill No. 17.

Amend Bill No. 17 by adding a new Section, to be known as
Section 2, and by changing the present Section 2 to
Section 3.. The proposed new Section 2 will read as follows :
Section 2. This real property is being
rezoned to "C" Multiple Dwelling for use as a
Beauty Shop only. In the event it is no longer
used for a Beauty Shop it will revert to "A-1"
Single Family, after following the legal
procedure for rezoning,
