N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
ENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD Four
GENERAL LOCATION 1810 Southwest Blvd.

ZONING CHANGE FROM "A" TO "D"
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
AMLI
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "A" single family to "D" multiple dwelling, and the
following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
Lots 8H and 91 of Craders Addition, per
plat of record in Plat Book. 5, page 65,
Cole County Recorder's Office.
!� Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
