AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LESLIE ACRES SUBDIVISION, SECTION 4 , A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Robert J. and Edith E. Major and Keith W. and
Gladys M. Major, owners of the real estate hereinafter de-
scribed and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri , having
submitted to the Council for approval a plat of said real
estate , being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri ,
and more particularly described as follows :
From the southwesterly corner of said Outlot 96; thence
N350321E, along the Outlot Line, 307 . 0 feet; thence
S540221E, 15 . 0 feet to the point of beginning for this
description; thence continuing S540221E 125 . 0 feet ;
thence N350321E, 525 . 0 feet; thence N54a22 'W, 125. 0 feet ;
thence S350321W, 525. 0 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2 . It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Leslie Acres Subdivision, Section 4 , that
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the require-
ments of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri , 1949 , and
amendments thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied
+ with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Jefferson,' Missouri , relating to plats
and subdivisions have been complied with, NOW THEREFORE:
The plat of land of Robert J. and Edith E. Major and Keith
W. and Gladys M. Major, known and referred to as Leslie Acres
Subdivision, Section 4, lying, being and situate within the
corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , as shown
by the said plat hereto attached and made a part of this
ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , and the Mayor of said City
and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , after
the passage and approval of this ordinance are given the
1 authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said
plat thereon and to certify to the approval of same under the
seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri .

SUCTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval .
