AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LINHARDT-KIESLING SUBDIVISION, SECTION 4 ,
A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Roy E. Kiesling and Albert L. Linhardt , owners
of the real estate hereinafter described and situat, : in the
I City of Jefferson, Missouri , having submitted to the Council for
approval a plat of said real estate , being located in Jefferson
City , Cole County, Missouri , and more particularly described as
follows :
Part of the east half of the southeast quarter of
Aft Section 11 , Township 44 North , Range 12 West , in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole , Missouri , and more
particularly described as follows :
From the southeast corner of Lot No . 1 , Section 3 of
Linhardt and Kiesling Subdivision, per plat of record
in Book 8 , Page 33 , Cole County Recorder' s Office ; thence
N640401E, 60 . 08 feet to the point of beginning for this
description; thence continuing N640401E, 231 . 26 feet to
the Section Line; thence N40001W, along the Section Line,
653. 97 feet; thence S640401W, 288 . 35 feet ; thence N220261W,
50 . 0 feet ; thence S640401W, 150 . 0 feet; thence S220261E ,
660. 08 feet to the point of beginning. Bearings are
magnetic.
SECTION 2 . It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Linhardt-Kiesling Subdivision, Section
4 , that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised. Statutes of Missouir,
1949 , and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats", have been
fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision,
and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , relating
to plats and -ubdivisions have been complied with, NOW THERE-
FORE:
The plat of land of Roy E. Kiesling and Albert L.
Linhardt known and referred to as Linhardt-Kiesling Subdivision
Section 4 , lying, being and situate within the corporate limits
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , as shown by the said plat
hereto attached and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of
Jefferson , Missouri , and the Mayor of said City and the City
�. Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , after the passage
and approval of this ordinance are given the authority and are

hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon
and to certify to the approval of same under the seal of the

City of Jefferson, Missouri .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
