'j AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF SANNING SUBDIVISION, SECTION 1 , A SUB-
L'IVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Norman G. Sanning and Martha M. Sanning,
owners of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in
the city of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council
for approval a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri , and more particularly
described as follows :
From the northwest corner of Outlot 104 ; thence S560261E,
along the Outlot Line, 396. 10 feet to the point of be-
ginning for this description; thence continuing S560261E ,
along the Outlot Line, 180 . 10 feet; thence S78 061E, 107 . 70
feet; thence S330431W, 40 . 0 feet to the said Outlot Line;
thence S560261E , along the Outlot Line, 29 . 90 feet; thence
S330431W, 473. 77 feet; thence N330501W, 218. 33 feet; thence
NS6026 'W,. 108 . 27 feet; thence N330431E , 390 . 0 feet to the
point of beginning. Bearings are magnetic.
SECTION 2 . It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Sanning Subdivision, Section 1 , that
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the require-
ments of Chapter 445 , Revised Scatutes of Missouri , 1949 , and
amendments thereto , entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zonin',; Commis-
sion of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and
subdivisions have been complied with, NOW THEREFORE:
The plat of land of Norman G. Sanning and Martha M. Sanning,
known and referred to as Sanning Subdivision, Section 1 , lying,
being and situate within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri , as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made a. part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , '
and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri , after the passage and approval of this
ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri .

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval .
