AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 58809 BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD Fourth
GENERAL LOCATION 1206 Swifts Highway
ZONING CHANGE FROM "A-1" TO "C"
! WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS , it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from "A-1" Single Family to "C" Multiple Dwelling, and the
following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
it accordingly:
f� Part of the northwest: quarter of the northeast
quarter of Section 13, Township 44, Range 12,
particularly described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the north line of said
fourth quarter section, which said point is 505 feet
east of the northwest corner of said fourth quarter
section; thence east along the north line of said
fourth quarter section, 226. 5 feet, more or less , to
the northwest corner of the tract of land conveyed by
H. A. Swift and wife to Brooks ; thence south parallel
with the west line of said fourth quarter section
169. 5 feet, more or less , to the north-easterly corner
of a tract conveyed to Martin Heil, et a1. , by Warranty
Deed of .record in Book 135, page 592, Cole County
Recorder's Office; thence west along the north line of
said Heil tract, 90 feet, to the north-westerly corner
' thereof; thence south along the west line of said Heil
tract, 400 feet, to the north line of Swifts Highway;
thence westerly along the northerly line of Swifts
Highway, 136.5 feet, more or less , to the southeasterly
corner of the Botz Home tract; known as Villa Panorama;
thence north parallel with the west line of said fourth
quarter section, 558 feet, more or less , to the point
of beginning.
Containing 2.103554 acres , more or less .
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
