AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 5880, BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.

GENERAL LOCATION Mulberry and Elm Streets .
4 ZONING CHANGE FROM "E" Commercial and
"I" Light Business
TO "H" Business
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties ; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Ordinance 8462 be and it is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. That the following described real property
be rezoned from "E" Commercial and "I" Light Industrial to "H"
Business , and the following described property is and it is hereby
rezoned accordingly:
Inlots 678 and 679.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
