ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROVIDING
TWO-HOUR PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE 500 BLOCK OF WEST MAIN
STREET, FROM WALNUT STREET TO THE RAILROAD TRACK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and
Traffic Code, Section 10.150, Two hour parking, Sub-section (A) ,
IMP
by adding a new paragraph, to be known as Paragraph (182) , and to
read as follows:
"(182) On the south side of the 500 block of
West Main Street from Walnut Street to
the railroad track."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
