AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL MONEY IN THE CITY TREASURY TO PAY THE COST OF OPERATIN
SALARIES FOR THE CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. An additional amount of $24 ,190 . 00 is hereby
appropriated from moneys in the City Treasury to pay the cost
of operating salaries for the City Police Department for the

period ending Nouem'ker 3-0, 1972.
Section 2. An additional amount of $32,417 .10 is hereby
appropriated from moneys in the City Treasury to pay the cost
of operating salaries for the City Fire Department for the

period ending Nevember 3e, 1972.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
