ORDINANCE NO. �9 a
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
( ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON THE NORTH HALF OF CAPITOL AVENUE BETWEEN LINN AND PINE
1STREETS INSTEAD OF ON THE SOUTH HALF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and
( Traffic Code, Section 10. 100, Parking prohibited at all times ,
, where, Sub-section A, by eliminating the present Paragraph (140)
and inserting in lieu thereof a new Paragraph (140) , which will
read as follows :
"(140) On the north half of Capitol Avenue, east,
between Linn Street and Pine Street. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
i! effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
