AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE, BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON BOTH SIDES OF MISSOURI BOULEVARD EXCEPT IN THE 1100
BLOCK AND THE 1200 BLOCK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and
Traffic Code, Section 10. 100, Parking Prohibited at all times
where, Subsection (A) , by adding a new paragraph to be known as
(654) and to read as follows:
"(654) On both sides of Missouri Boulevard
except in the 1100 Block and the
1200 Block, "and this exception to remain
in force for one year only."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect immediately
upon its passage and approval.
