AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
?APPROVING THE PLAT OF RIVER BEND ESTATES SUBDIVISION, SECTION 2,
A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
S FOLLOWS:
Section 1. W. E. Sommerer, Lorraine M. Sommerer, Ralph H.
Popp, Irma L. Popp, Richard S. Groner and Joann C. Groner, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for
approval a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows: l
Part of fractional N.E. 'k. Sec. 16, T.44, R.11, more
� particularly described as follows :
Starting at a point where the east line of a
tract of land sold by Gundelfinger and Wagner to
H. C. Wagner intersects the south R/W line of the
E Mo. Pacific.Railroad; thence S750491E along said
R/W 795.58' to the point of beginning of this
description, thence continuing along said R.R.R/W
S 750491E 15.54; thence continuing along said R.R.
R/W on a curve to the right having a radius of
2838.26 ' a distance of 258.97; thence S 40281E
! 432. 72; thence N 57011'W, 134.69; thence S 130441W
50 ' to a point which is the center of a temporary
I cul. de sac; thence continue S 13044'W, 10' to a
point on the southerly line of a 60' road; thence
along said road R/W N 71016'W, 158.35 ' ; thence
continue along said R/W on a curve to the right
�Ihaving a radius of 250.36 ' a distance of 147.31 ' ;
I thence N 52027 'E, 60' to a point on the northerly
j side of a 60' road; thence along said road R/W on
a curve to the left having a radius of 293.37' a
� distance of 30.81' ; thence N 14042 'E5, 327 .86 ' to
the point of beginning; said temporary cut de sac
is described from the center as follows - from the
i center of the cul de sac thence N 180441E, 50' to
I� a point on the perimeter of the cul de sac, thence
on a curve to the right having a radius of 50' a
distance of 220.6 ' to a point on the southerly R/W
line of a permanent 60 ' road.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and

properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as River Bend Estates Subdivision, Section 2,,
;that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
!!requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949,
(land amendments thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied

(with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all j
?respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission ofl
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subidivision!s
have been complied with, NOW THEREFORE:
The plat of land of W. E. Sommerer, Lorraine M. Sommerer,
Ralph H. Popp, Irma L. Popp, Richard S. Groner and Joann C. Groner,
7.; owners , known and referred to as River Bend Estates Subdivision,
ISection 2, lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
ANX iaccepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval of this
ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon, and to certify to the
approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
