AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS INCORPORATED IN ORDINANCE 58809 BY REZONING CERTAIN
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED LAND.
WARD Fourth
GE14ERAL LOCATION Waverly Street and
adjacent to Jefferson Plaza
ZONING CHANGE FROM Single Family
TO "E" Local Commercial
WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for
rezoning, and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in
Ordinance 5880 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
' rezoned from Single Family to "E" Local Commercial, and the
following described property is and it is hereby rezoned
accordingly:
Lots Lots Nos . 53, 54 and 55 in the Jones Addition to

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect '
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
