I AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT N 1240 DEFINING BOUND
MA
ARIES THEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION
OF SEWERS IN SAID SEWER DISTRICT #124 WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFER-
SON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri , hereby declare that it deems it necessary for the health
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary pur-
poses, that there must be constructed and improvements made as so )n
as possible in Sewer District #124 as established and defined
herein, a sanitary sewer, and it is orderedthat the same be made
and constructed without unnecessary delay.
Am SECTION 2. Sewer District #124 is hereby established with
boundaries as follows :
All of Lot No . 's 2 , 3, 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , and 8 , of Linhardt-Kiesling
Subdivision Section 4 , per plat of record in Plat Book 8 , Page 51 ,
Cole County Recorder' s Office , in the County of Cole, City of
Jefferson, Missouri .
Also part of Lot No , 1 of said Linhardt-Kiesling Subdivision,
being more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot No . 1 ; thence
S 22°26' E along the West line of Lot No . 1 , 100 . 00 feet ; thence
N 64°40' E, 150. 0 feet; thence N 22°26' W, 50. 0 to the South-
west corner of Lot No . 8 , of Linhardt-Kiesling Subdivision,
Section 4; thence continuing N 22 026' W, along the West line of
said Lot No. 8 , 50. 0 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot No . 2,
of said Subdivision; thence S 64 040' W, along the South line of
said Lot No . 2, 150. 0 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects
as provided by ordinance and shall be constructed according to
the plans and specifications on file in the office of the Director
of Public Works . All crafts and classes of labor used in con-
struction of this sewer shall be paid the prevailing hourly rate
as determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations
for the State of Missouri .

SECTION 4 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
