DESCRIBED LAND.

WHEREAS, the above described area has been considered for re-
zon _: , and a hearing held on said change, after due notice to
all parties; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in Ordinance
8508 have been complied with.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the following described real property be re-
zoned from RA to RS2 and the following described property is and
it is hereby rezoned accordingly:
Part of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 13, Township 44, Range 12, Cole
County, Missouri , more particularly described as follows :
From the southeast corner of the Northwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of said Section 13; thence west
along the quarter quarter section line, 25 feet , to the
beginning point of this description; thence continuing
west along the said quarter quarter section line, 133. 7
feet, to the southeasterly corner of a tract conveyed to
Glennon Paul Oidtman and wife, by deed of record in Book
155, page 21 , Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence
northerly parallel with the easterly line of Zehendner
Road, and along the easterly line of the said Oidtman
tract, 100 . 26 feet; thence east parallel with the i
quarter quarter section line, 125 feet, to the west
line of a County Road; thence south along the west line
of said road and parallel with the quarter quarter section
line, 100 feet, to the beginning point of this description.
Part of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 13 , Township 44 , Range 12, Cole County, Missouri,
more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the northeast corner of the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 13; thence
south along the quarter quarter Section line, 375 feet, to
the northeasterly corner of a tract conveyed to Raymond Kaufman
and wife, by deed of record in Book 166, page 424, Cole Count
Recorder' s Office ; thence west parallel with the quarter
quarter section line, and along the north line of said Kaufma
tract, 172 . 6 feet, to the southeasterly corner of a tract con-
veyed to Duane P. Schlueter and wife, by deed of record in
Book 166 , page 682, Cole County Recorder ' s Office ; thence
northerly parallel with the easterly line of Southwest
Boulevard, and along the easterly line of the tract conveyed j
to said Schlueter and wife, and along the easterly line of
tracts described in Book 172, pages 126, 220 and 44, and in
Book 168, page 421 , Cole County Recorder ' s Office , to the north
line of said quarter quarter, thence east along the said nort
line 158. 4 feet, to the point of beginning.

South 5 degrees 10 minutes east, along the quarter quarter
Section line, 375 feet; thence North 84 degrees 34 minutes
east, parallel with the north line of said quarter quarter
Section, 30 feet; thence North 5 degrees 10 minutes west,
375 feet, parallel with the quarter quarter Section line,
to the north line of said quarter quarter ; thence South 84
degrees 34 minutes west, along said quarter quarter Section
line, 30 feet, to the point of beginning.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval .
