' ARIES THEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR 'IHE IMPROVEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION
OF SEWERS IN SAID SEWER DISTRICT 0126 WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFER--
SON, MISSOURI .
{I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, '
1 MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the City Council of the City of Jefferson
Missouri, hereby declare that it deems it necessary for the healt
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City, and for sanitary pur-
poses , that there must be constructed and improvements made as

jl soon as possible in Sewer District #126 as established and define
t herein, a sanitary sewer, and it is ordered that the same be made
( and constructed without unnecessary delay.
Section 2 . Sewer District #126 is hereby established with
boundaries as follows :
Part of the South half of the Southwest quarter of Section
13, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, Cole County, Missouri, bein
more particularly described as follows :
From the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of said Section 13; thence Northerly along the
quarter quarter section line , 142. 56 feet to a point on the North
line of Old Missouri Route C. said point being the Southwest f
corner of a tract of land Deeded to Elder L. Opel per deed of re-
cord in Book 129, Page 559 , Cole County Recorder ' s Office, said
point also being the point of beginning for this description; thence
Northeasterly, along the South line of said Opel tract, 211 . 2 feet;
thence Northerly, along the East line of said tract 1.98 . 0 feet to
the Northeast corner thereof; thence continuing North, pazailel
with the quarter quarter section line, 100 . 0 feet; thence Westerly
in a direct line to a point on the quarter quarter section line,
said point being the Northeast corner of a tract of land Deeded
to Roling Investment Company, Inc. , per deed of record in Book
211, Page 426 , Cole County Recorder' s Office ; thence continuing
Easterly along the North line of said tract, to the Northwest I
corner i6reof; thence Southeasterly along the West line of said
Roling tract, 115. 95 feet to the Northwest corner of a tract of
land Deeded to Roger G. Dozier, per deed of record in Book 221,
Page 289 , Cole County Recorder ' s Office ; thence continuing South-
easterly along the West line of said Dozier tract , 107 . 4 feet to
the Southwest corner thereof; thence continuing Southeasterly in
a direct line to the Southwest corner of a tract of land Deeded
to Floyd Boltz, per deed of record in Book 93, Page 391 , Cole
County Recorder' s Office; thence Northeasterly along the South lie
of said tract 144 . 54 feet to the point of beginning
Except all that Land Deeded to the State of Missouri , for
right-of-way purposes , per deeds of record in Book 219, Pages 3461,
and 350, Cole County Recorder' s Office .
Section 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respect
as provided by ordinance and shall be constructed according to th
plans and specifications on file in the office of the Director of(
Public Works . All crafts and classes of labor used in construction

of this sewer shall be paid the prevailing hourly rate as determi' ed
by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations for the State
of Missouri.

Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval .
